Who We Are

My Clinical Practice

I help high functioning women with ADHD and women recovering from narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationships rebuild confidence, set boundaries, and feel in control of their lives again.

Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism, or self doubt. You may be managing ADHD, recovering from a narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationship, or trying to rebuild your confidence after years of putting others first.

You are not broken. You are burned out, overloaded, and ready for change.

Together, we work to help you feel clear, confident, and back in control of your life.

A group of hands stacked together in unity.

Who i help

You may be in the right place if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed even when you are trying your best
  • Struggle to stay organized, focused, or follow through
  • Constantly second guess yourself
  • Feeling drained from a relationship that left you questioning your worth
  • Have difficulty setting boundaries
  • Feel exhausted from people pleasing
  • Know something needs to change but are not sure where to start

How I help

In therapy, we will focus on:

  • Understanding how ADHD impacts your daily life
  • Building practical tools for organization, and emotional regulation
  • Healing from narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationships
  • Strengthening boundaries and self trust
  • Reducing anxiety and overwhelm
  • Reconnecting with your sense of identity and confidence

Core Questions for Women with ADHD

Many women with ADHD spend years blaming themselves before realizing their brain simply works differently. If you have ever asked yourself any of these questions, you are not alone.

  • Why am I so overwhelmed by simple tasks
  • Do I have ADHD or am I just lazy or disorganized
  • Why can I focus on some things but not others
  • Why do I feel exhausted even when I am trying my best
  • Why do I start things but struggle to finish them
  • Why do I feel behind compared to everyone else
  • Why do I forget things even when they are important
  • Why does my brain feel so busy all the time
  • Why do I get emotional so quickly
  • Why does everything feel harder than it should

If you see yourself in these questions, therapy can help you make sense of what you have been experiencing and begin rebuilding confidence, clarity, and control in your life.

Core Questions for Women experiencing Narcissistic or Antagonistic Abuse

Recovering from a narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationship can leave you feeling confused, drained, and unsure of yourself. Many women wonder if what they experienced was real or if they are overreacting.

  • Was I in a narcissistic relationship
  • Why do I feel confused after that relationship ended
  • Why do I keep second guessing myself
  • Why do I feel guilty for setting boundaries
  • Why do I feel like I lost myself in that relationship
  • Why do I still feel anxious even though it is over
  • Why do I attract emotionally unavailable partners
  • Why do I feel responsible for everyone else
  • Why do I feel like I am walking on eggshells
  • Why do I struggle to trust myself now

If you see yourself in these questions, therapy can help you make sense of what you have been experiencing and begin rebuilding confidence, clarity, and control in your life.
